The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, within walking distance of the main attractions. The room was comfortable and well equipped, with all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay. The staff provided great service and the breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options.

There was some noise disruption from an adjacent construction site that was ongoing during my stay.

The hotel had a good central location, with a cafe nearby and walking distance to main shopping areas. It was also convenient to walk to other neighborhoods like Carlton and Collingwood. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating. They provided great customer service and made us feel welcome. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping the rooms tidy and the common areas were also kept in good condition.

The balcony was not very enjoyable due to the metal gating. It didn't offer much privacy and wasn't a great place to relax.

We had a delightful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, tucked away down a quieter street but still within easy walking distance to Russell street and other attractions. Modern and clean, great location with city views. Convenient parking nearby and welcoming staff. Comfortable bed, huge TV with many channels and natural ventilation available. Excellent breakfast options at the connected cafe.
