The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, within walking distance of the main attractions. The room was comfortable and well equipped, with all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay. The staff provided great service and the breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options.
There was some noise disruption from an adjacent construction site that was ongoing during my stay.

The hotel had a good central location, with a cafe nearby and walking distance to main shopping areas. It was also convenient to walk to other neighborhoods like Carlton and Collingwood. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating. They provided great customer service and made us feel welcome. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping the rooms tidy and the common areas were also kept in good condition.
The balcony was not very enjoyable due to the metal gating. It didn't offer much privacy and wasn't a great place to relax.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location was perfect for me, situated away from the noise and crowds but within walking distance of Russell street and other attractions. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff providing excellent dry cleaning and housekeeping services. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a well-stocked tea and coffee station. The terrace was a lovely touch and the free Wi-Fi in the room was a bonus. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had a delightful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, tucked away down a quieter street but still within easy walking distance to Russell street and other attractions. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The staff were incredibly helpful and could not do enough for us.
There were no negative aspects to our stay here. We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city.

Modern and clean, great location with city views. Convenient parking nearby and welcoming staff. Comfortable bed, huge TV with many channels and natural ventilation available. Excellent breakfast options at the connected cafe.

We loved the central location of the hotel- close to the theatre district and shopping areas. Super convenient transportation, walkable to trams and unlicensed transport. Room was luxurious with a comfortable bed and modern facilities. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
